Sunset Ridge, a Raecorte Development, LLC neighborhood is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of their beautiful 14 single family home neighborhood. The entity is responsible for bringing all local jurisdictions and financiers together in support of this classic cul-de-sac community. All administrative, finance, and planning decisions along with creative direction were effectively organized and brought about through Raecorte Development, LLC.  In the final stages of construction, sales and closing, Raecorte Development, LLC now looks forward to working with each new customer who will call Sunset Ridge home.
